The campaign for this measure to increase oversight of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s office began before COVID, which made it impossible to continue gathering signatures for a citizen-led ballot measure. Fortunately, the Sonoma County Supervisors finally agreed to put the measure on the ballot in November 2020, no doubt in large part to intense lobbying and the reality of our world. The normal door to door and event driven campaign was curtailed because of COVID, but used electronic outreach to great success through emails and social media. This was the only piece of mail; signs and a handcard were also designed. Designed digitally, printed conventionally.
